Flat aluminum grating
The biggest feature of aluminum grating is its lightweight and high corrosion-resistant capacity and beautiful appearance. Usually, aluminum gratings are used for sewage and waste treatment plants, the chemical process industry, off-shore rigging drills, marine applications, and more. It can be used for walkways, mezzanine floors, pedestrian bridge walkways, stage flooring, and more.

Flat aluminum grating is a common type of aluminum grating commonly used in aluminum gratings. It is processed by flat aluminum and square aluminum according to a certain spacing through a special process. Light, high strength, low energy consumption, anti-corrosion characteristics.

Aluminum I-Bar Grating
Swage-locked aluminum bar grating is assembled by permanently securing hollow tube cross bars inserted into shaped bearing bars with pre-punched holes using a swaging reshaping process. The I-bars bring a more economical and stronger design than the standard rectangular swaged bar grating. When the cross bars are recessed below the top surface of the bearing bars, this grating type has crisp, clean lines and a striking appearance.

SGI Swage Locked I-Bar Aluminum Grating
Manufactured with highly efficient “I” shaped extruded bearing bars, type SGI aluminum grating carries the same load as 3/16” thick rectangular bar type SG grating.
The I-bar reduces total weight per square foot and the striated flanges provide increased slip resistance without the added cost of serration.
Supported by I-shaped extruded bearing bars, swaged I-bar aluminum grating carries the same load as the swaged rectangular aluminum grating with lighter weight and less cost. In addition, the striations at the top and bottom surfaces of the I bar increase the friction and provide high slip-resistance performance
Specification
Bearing bar size: 1″ x 1/4″ to 2–1/2″ x 1/4″ with 1/4″ increments;
Bearing bar spacing (center-to-center): 1–3/16″, 15/16″, 11/16″ and 7/16″;
crossbar spacing (center-to-center): 4″ or 2″.

Aluminum Serrated Bar Grating
The biggest feature of aluminum grating is its lightweight and high corrosion-resistant capacity and beautiful appearance. Usually, aluminum gratings are used for sewage and waste treatment plants, the chemical process industry, off-shore rigging drills, marine applications, and more. It can be used for walkways, mezzanine floors, pedestrian bridge walkways, stage flooring, and more.
Aluminum grating is manufactured from ASTM B221, 6063, or 6061 alloy, aluminum grating is available in four distinct products: type “SG” Swaged Rectangular Bar, type “SGI” Swaged “I”-bar, type “SGF” Swaged Flush-Top, and type “ADT” Dovetail Pressure Locked. All four products are available with bearing bar spacing ranging from 19/16″ (1-3/16″) to 7/16″ in the center and with cross bars at either 4″ or 2″ in the center.
Aluminum grating is typically shipped “mill finish” with no additional treatment. For architectural applications or highly corrosive environments, supplemental anodizing, chemical cleaning, or powder coat finishes are available.
